Sorted out loads of little brackety things relocating the mess of wires to underneath the seat. Worked really nicely as now they’re all hidden from sight :)
I also had a plan to weld a new bigger pipe onto the exhaust after the collector so i can fit a home-made silencer, but i had a look at the collector and it’s just catastrophic.
They say the exhausts on these bikes don’t breathe and i can see why! Pipes that neck in significantly and don’t even attempt to blend into the chamber. We can definitely do better than that...

Haha I’m not sure there’s too much I want to do to it other than maintenance and repair. The box mount needs reinforcing and the exhaust could use some work but otherwise I already like it’s look.

Yeah i suppose they don’t do turbos for strimmers and leaf blowers ;)

You say that but I did end up googling this earlier and they do make tiny turbos for small capacity carts and bikes.

I’ll have to get it running first. Died 5 miles from home and now will only idle, dies under revs. 99% sure its clogged carb. Had to push it all the way back D:
